Hey! Eww no colour and fun... Much better. Okay so this post is obviously from the title about, sleeping. Now let me show you what sleeping means to me. Okay not SHOW you but mainly TELL you. I think of someone sleeping as a charger. For maybe like and iPhone.You need a few hours to recharge to have 100%. Right? And i have never told anyone this before but my biggest fear is if one day i go to sleep but i never wake up. That's scary! Right? WOW i said Right three times now. GTG change colour...

KK its time for devil red. EWW hell no- much better, sun yellow. And also how its really interesting how one minute we sleep and the next minute its already the next morning, unless you have a dream or you wake up in the middle of the night to get food for your fat ass. JK..not. KIddin' So its really weird.. 

Dreams: A succession of images thoughts or emotions passing through the mind during sleep. THE POWER OF ߬´´π compells u! btw, got the meaning from dictionary.com :D isnt it also weird how dreams in your head are like 5 mins but in reality they r like up to 8 to 10 HOURS, if someone is lucky. WOW.

Nightmares: <<<wait this is a happy colour and nightmares arent supposed to be happy. - Okay that's more like it.
Nightmares: The complete opposite of a dream, a terrifying dream in which a dreamer experiences feelings of helplessness, extreme anxiety, sorrow.

But nightmares can be sevire i heard of a case when someone killed himself because of his nightmare. Ouch! But isn't it too DRAMATIC when someone pretending to sleep has a nightmare and gets up from bed? LOL ROTFLMFAO.

Okay on another note, i think dreams and nightmares are not by random they are by choice. I think its whether you feel happy or sad, unafraid or scared. Its when you think about something and if its bad or good, it will appear in your nightmare or dream. 
So... have a WONDERFUL rest and try not to think negative. Unless you want bad dreams. 
And wet dreams, are a TOTALLY DIFFERENT SUBJECT YOU PERV. 
So good night sleep tight and do NOT EVER let the bed bugs bite. It hurts... :(
